To attend maximum clients, Listening to the customers & present perfect information to make a sale, following up rigorously and politely with clients.
Finding new opportunities & new leads for generating sales.
Should be ready to take challenges. collect industry information and should be well versed with all existing properties.
Responsible for business development and marketing & sales.
To be able to convince clients on calls for site visits.
Should be able to grab maximum closures. Achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets.
Should have excellent knowledge about real estate market
