About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This is a remote, work-from-home position, where you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients over calls to promote our products/services and close sales.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

Call potential clients based on provided leads or databases.

Research and identify new sales opportunities.

Client Engagement:

Present and explain product/service features and benefits clearly.

Address client queries and concerns professionally and effectively.

Sales Conversion:

Convert leads into confirmed sales by building rapport and trust.

Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

CRM Management:

Accurately document all client interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Maintain an updated pipeline of prospects.

Follow-Up:

Regularly follow up with potential and existing clients to nurture relationships and ensure repeat business.

Feedback and Reporting:

Gather client feedback and share insights with the team for product/service improvement.

Prepare and submit sales performance reports.
