Tuấn Minh Export Company is expanding into the Indian market and seeks to hire five experienced Agricultural Sales Representatives to establish a strong presence, boost sales, and introduce high-quality Vietnamese agricultural products across India.

Job Responsibilities:

- Client Acquisition: Engage with potential clients, including business partners, distributors, supermarkets, and retail outlets throughout India to build strong relationships.

- Sales Strategy Execution: Implement promotional campaigns, discounts, and marketing strategies in collaboration with the management team to maximize sales.

- Order and Contract Management: Oversee the entire order process, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

- Market Research: Gather and analyze market data to assess consumer demand, trends, and provide recommendations for product offerings and market expansion.

- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction to foster long-term relationships.

Job Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales, preferably in the agricultural or food sectors.

- Communication: Strong communication, negotiation, and customer persuasion skills.

- Market Insight: Understanding of the Indian agricultural market and import/export procedures.

- Language: Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Hindi or local languages is a plus.

- Work Ethic: The candidate should be responsible, honest, and capable of working independently and in a team.
