Job Description:
1. Handling walk-ins to Site
2. Possession supervision (depending on site status)
3. Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies. Ensures to submit consistent property sales plans every month or quarterly for corporate sales review and revenue update.
4. Researching prospects and generating leads.
5. Develop and increase business by following up on potential leads with face to face presentation and meetings with clients and providing them the utmost customer service.
6. Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
7. Maintain relationships with customer and also, Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, per email, and in person.
8. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
9. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
10. Works hard towards consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets to ensure accomplishment of the overall companys target.
11. Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
12. Producing innovative ideas and sales strategies to meet objectives.
13. Develop and increase business by following up on potential leads with face to face presentation and meetings with clients and providing them the utmost -customer service.
