Role and Responsibility:
Create and maintain a data base of customer Target / onboard.
Sales plan to be updated on weekly basis
Monitor Sales Lead and follow up on Materialization
Arrange weekly Sales report
Achieve and improve the sales target
Ensure timely collection of freight charges
Ensure promotion of brand Intercont in the right manner
Market updates, Competition Information should be timely updated.
Convincing and influencing ability
Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection.
Negotiate, close deals and handle complaints or objections.
A high degree of self-motivation and ambition.
Creating and executing strategic plans determine by market trends and historical data.
The skills to work both independently and as part of a team
Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing New Leads, Clients and Customers.
