Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in planning domestic and international trips based on their preferences and budget.
Promote and sell travel packages, air tickets, hotels, and other travel-related services.
Provide expert advice on destinations, travel routes, visa requirements, and travel insurance.
Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Stay updated on travel trends, offers, and industry developments.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to secure the best deals.
Skills & Qualifications:
Freshers are welcome; prior experience in travel sales is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for travel and strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Good knowledge of geography and popular travel destinations.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking platforms (GDS knowledge is a plus).
