Eligibility Criteria:

1. Graduation completed between 2019 and 2024 (Academic Year).

2. Graduation must be from Offline Universities only.

3. NATS registration is mandatory before on boarding.

4. Maximum age limit: 27 years.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Gender: Female candidates are preferred.

Personality: Pleasing personality with excellent communication skills.

Skills: Ability to build rapport with customers and effectively cross-sell products.

Key Responsibilities:

Cross-selling gold ornaments and gold bars to finance customers.

Consistently delivering strong sales performance by catering to customer needs. The monthly sales target of ₹10 lakhs is structured to inspire and reward high-performing individuals.

Stipend and Benefits:

Internship Stipend: ₹10,000 per month for a duration of 6 months.

Upon successful completion of the internship and achieving the required performance standards, candidates will be on boarded as permanent employees with:

Salary: ₹20,000 per month.

Incentives: Additional earnings, with a total monthly package of approximately ₹30,000.
