Job Summary:
We are seeking a young and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our market reach by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities. The mission is clear: exceed sales targets through effective collaboration, strategic thinking, and a customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities:
-Generate new business opportunities and drive sales growth for events through effective prospecting and lead generation.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their event needs and providing tailored solutions.
-Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of our event services.
-Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the company and clients.
-Attend industry events and networking functions to enhance the company's visibility and foster key relationships.
Requirements:
-Graduation is not a constraint.
-Disciplined, Systematic, Problem-solving skills are required.
-Immediate joiner or with less than 15 days of notice period.
-Flexible for rotational shift (Working hours 10 [9 hours working with 1 hour break])
-Willingness to work from the office.
