Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and resourceful Sales Executive to support our team with various administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Remote (Lucknow)

Department: Sales

Reports to: Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

o Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals

o Analyze market trends and sales data to identify growth opportunities

o Set and monitor individual sales targets

2. Client Engagement:

o Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners

o Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively

o Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service

3. Process Management:

o Oversee end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure

o Manage sales pipelines and forecast future sales

o Enforce compliance with company policies and industry regulations

4. Performance Evaluation:

o Generate and present regular sales reports to upper management

o Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement

o Monitor competitive landscape and market conditions

Qualifications:

- Must hold a degree in a relevant field.

- Freshers are also invited for this offer.

- Possess strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrate analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Office is required.

Salary:

- Up to 25k based on experience
