Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:
o Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals
o Analyze market trends and sales data to identify growth opportunities
o Set and monitor individual sales targets
2. Client Engagement:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners
o Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively
o Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service
3. Process Management:
o Oversee end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
o Manage sales pipelines and forecast future sales
o Enforce compliance with company policies and industry regulations
4. Performance Evaluation:
o Generate and present regular sales reports to upper management
o Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement
o Monitor competitive landscape and market conditions
Qualifications:
- Must hold a degree in a relevant field.
