Key Responsibilities:
Spearheading the expansion of UPVC profile system sales to fabricators, driving growth in primary sales and boosting window business through secondary sales channels.
Proven expertise in uPVC profile systems is essential.
Maximizing sales leads for higher conversion rates, establishing strong customer relationships, negotiating mutually beneficial agreements, and leading teams effectively.
Experience in senior managerial roles is required.
Enhancing existing sales channels, promoting the brand, and securing a larger share of corporate sales to increase overall revenue.
Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
Skills & Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing of uPVC profiles.
Accountable for achieving sales targets and revenue realization.
In-depth knowledge and experience in market dynamics.
Prior experience in the building materials sector is preferred.
Communication Skills:
Proficiency in English and Hindi.
