B2C Manager
Responsibilities:
Convert leads provided by the marketing and BTL teams into customers through effective communication and relationship-building.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations to showcase the value and benefits of TechPaathshala's offerings.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the customer conversion process and improve overall sales effectiveness.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2C sales or customer conversion roles.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage and convert leads effectively.
Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Ability to work in a hybrid working environment.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
