Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves selling residential and commercial properties and multiple projects, one of our prestigious real estate developments in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate sales, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric approach to help drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell properties.
Conduct site visits and property tours for potential buyers.
Follow up with leads and close sales.
Maintain client relationships for recurring business.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Lead Management
Requirements:
2-10 years of experience in real estate sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent leadership & teambuilding skills.
Knowledge of the Navi Mumbai/Mumbai real estate market.
Customer-focused and results-driven.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other digital tools to track sales and leads.
Qualifications / Knowledge / Skills:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
Fluency in English and Hindi; Marathi is an advantage
Presentation Skills & AutoCAD skills (preferable for property-related visualization).
