As a Sales Executive at Swapna Weddings, you will play a key role in driving sales and providing top-notch customer service. We are seeking dynamic individuals with a proven track record in retail sales, a passion for fashion, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized styling advice and product recommendations.

Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective product knowledge, upselling, and cross-selling strategies.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.

Stay informed about current fashion trends, product features, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.

Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless shopping experience and contribute to the overall success of the showroom.

Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and address any post-purchase issues promptly and professionally.

Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and product knowledge workshops to stay updated on industry trends and enhance selling skills.

Requirements:

Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the fashion industry.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Strong passion for fashion and an understanding of bridal and formal wear trends.

Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
