Responsibilities:
Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and other
lead generation activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our real
estate projects.
Close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding the
customer base and increasing sales revenue.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
