Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and

referrals.

Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective

clients.

Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients,

understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Sales Targets: Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and targets, contributing to the overall

growth of the company.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor

activities to identify new opportunities and threats.

Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior

management.

Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize revenue while

ensuring customer satisfaction.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and

provide feedback on customer needs.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or

equivalent experience).

Experience: Proven track record of at least 3-4 years in sales, preferably in FMCG Industry.

Skills:

o Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.

o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

o Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

o Proficiency in particular software and Microsoft Office Suite.
