Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales to meet and exceed targets. Your goal is to understand customer needs, offer suitable products/services, and close deals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and generate new business leads
Conduct product presentations and sales pitches to prospective clients
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Prepare and deliver appropriate sales proposals, quotations, and follow-ups
Negotiate and close deals with customers
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors
Qualifications:
Fresher & 10th
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus)
Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage
