Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Business Development:

o Identify and pursue business opportunities in industrial and commercial real estate.

o Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and present tailored property or project solutions.

o Close deals by negotiating terms and ensuring mutual satisfaction.

o Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis.

2. Market Research and Surveys:

o Conduct detailed surveys across MIDC areas to identify market trends, opportunities, and potential leads.

o Analyze and report data to support strategic decision-making.

3. Client Relationship Management:

o Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

o Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns.

4. Liaison and Networking:

o Establish connections with industry stakeholders, government officials, and local representatives to facilitate smooth operations.

o Stay updated on changes in regulations and policies related to MIDC and industrial real estate.

5. Marketing and Promotion:

o Collaborate with the marketing team to promote properties and services through digital and offline channels.

o Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and meetings.

o Assist clients in completing statutory paperwork related to property transactions and projec
