1. Customer Service:
€¢ Greet customers warmly and satisfy their needs.

€¢ Assist customers in selecting jewelry that fits their preferences and
budget
€¢ Handle customer inquiries, concerns, complaints.
2. Sales:
€¢ Actively engage in selling Jewelry to achieve sales target.
€¢ Upsell and cross-sell Jewelry or service based on customer needs.
€¢ Document and Report Sales and Walk out customers every day
€¢ Follow up customers and maintain a relationship with them.
€¢ Ensure Jewelry displays are attractive and well organized.
€¢ Monitor Jewelry inventory levels and inform management of low stock.
€¢ Team collaboration: Work closely with other Sales executives and store
staff to achieve overall target.
€¢ Collaborate with Marketing team in Promotional activities and events.
3. Product Knowledge:

4. Customer Relationship Management:

encourage return visits.
€¢ Identify Potential customers and refer them to store.
€¢ Ask for Business Referrals from Walk in customers and follow up those
