Job Description

We are keen to engage a competitive and trustworthy Senior Sales Executive to help us build our business activities. Your responsibilities include, discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction in the US market. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our products, wed like to meet you.

Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data

Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sr. Sales Executive or relevant role and ready to take on the next level of responsibilities

5+ years of relevant experience in selling healthcare related software to the US market.

Proficiency in English

Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Strong reporting and data analysis experience

Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus

Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

Fast learner and passion for sales

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations

UG/PG from a reputed university

INTERVIEW PROCESS:

HR Screening

Technical round with Department Heads

Exercise / Task will be provided to evaluate your lead generation skills. This task is purely for evaluation and the results will not be used for commercial purposes by the company.

Final HR discussion based on overall result.
