About the Role:

As a Direct Loyalty Channel Sales Executive, you’ll engage with our existing customer base to understand their evolving financial goals, offer relevant life insurance products, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your role is key in enhancing client loyalty, driving sales, and helping customers feel secure with our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement and Retention: Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored life insurance products.

Sales and Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets by offering personalized solutions that align with each client's financial goals.

Product Knowledge and Advisory: Educate customers on life insurance options, policy benefits, and product details, helping them make informed decisions.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and effective service delivery.

Who We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field

1+ years of experience in life insurance sales, customer loyalty, or direct sales

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centered approach

Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a customer-focused environment

Ability to work independently, with strong organizational and time-management skills
