• Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion.

• Generating sales orders from existing & new clients to sell company’s products as per their requirement.

• Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer concern.

• Should be able to explain and sell Company's Organic agri-products

• To handle the customer’s query and providing a suitable solution.

• Should have strong agronomy Knowledge

• Continuous Lead generation and prospect identification

• Marketing activities related to product branding

• To conduct market development activities like farmer meeting, field trails etc.

• Address customer issues and Ensure customer satisfaction

• Agriculture related Background added more advantage, otherwise whosoever willing to sell the product, is welcome.

• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs

• Must Maintain good relationship with customers (Farmers)

• Should possess strong customer acquisition approach.
