Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive to help expand our brand's presence in the jewelry market. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and representing our brand in a professional and positive manner. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets and ensuring customers receive a memorable experience when purchasing our products.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales by proactively engaging with customers and promoting our range of jewelry products.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and potential customers.

Provide expert advice on jewelry selection based on customer preferences, occasions, and budgets.

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, and contribute to the overall performance of the store.

Maintain a deep understanding of the products, including materials, design features, and care instructions.

Assist customers in trying on jewelry, explaining product features, and recommending complementary pieces.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with professionalism and a customer-first attitude.

Ensure the store environment is visually appealing, well-organized, and up to brand standards.

Participate in promotional events and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and sales.

Process sales transactions accurately, including handling payments, returns, and exchanges.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.

Collaborate with the management team.
