Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and cold calling potential clients in the industrial machinery sector.
Client Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Presentations:
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, clearly explaining the features and benefits of the machinery products.
Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to provide tailored solutions and maintain a competitive edge.
Negotiation & Closing Sales:
Lead the negotiation process, prepare quotes, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Sales Reporting:
Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics to the sales manager.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure client needs are met and products are delivered as promised.
Product Knowledge:
Stay well-informed about the product portfolio, technical specifications, and operational benefits of machinery products to effectively assist customers.
