Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager/Sales Executive fluent in Gujarati to join our team in major cities across Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in selling to schools. Experience in selling e-learning software will be highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the education sector, particularly in schools.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in schools.
Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our e-learning software to potential clients.
Negotiate and close sales deals to meet revenue targets.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
Requirements:
Fluency in Gujarati is essential.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education sector.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Experience in selling e-learning software is highly desirable.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel within Gujarat as required.
