Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager/Sales Executive fluent in English, Gujarati and Hindi to join our team in major cities across Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in sales, With a proven track record of success in selling to schools, experience in selling e-learning software will be an added plus.
Responsibilities:
Reaching out to school management and principals.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the education sector, particularly in schools.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in schools.
Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our e-learning software to potential clients.
Negotiate and close sales deals to meet revenue targets.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
Requirements:
Fluency in English, Hindi and Gujarati is essential.
proficient in using all tools of Microsoft Office.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education sector.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Experience in selling e-learning software is highly desirable.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel within Gujarat as required.
