Role & responsibilities

1. Lead Generation and Prospecting

Identify potential customers by sourcing leads from databases, market research, or referrals.

Qualify leads through effective questioning to understand their requirements and purchasing potential.

2. Sales Pitch and Product Presentation

Deliver engaging and persuasive product presentations over the phone.

Highlight the unique selling points (USPs) of the product or service to address customer needs.

Customize sales pitches based on customer profiles and preferences.

3. Customer Interaction and Engagement

Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on inquiries.

Build rapport with customers to foster trust and enhance brand credibility.

Address customer concerns or objections with empathy and provide relevant solutions.

4. Closing Sales

Handle negotiations effectively to close deals.

Offer promotions or discounts, if applicable, to incentivize purchases.

Confirm orders and provide clear instructions for the next steps (., payments, delivery).

5. Customer Support and After-Sales Service

Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Assist customers with queries about products, warranties, or troubleshooting.

Maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
