The Sales & Customer Relations Executive should have a strong empathetic and interpersonal skills and an awareness of each customers wants and needs and maintain full knowledge of the products or services at SR Studio. He/she is responsible for setting monthly, quartely & annual sales goals for the company and works towards achieving them with the assistance of the Sales Manager & other associates. The role is based on setting up a strategy to convert maximum enquiries, find new prospects and sales leads and converting them into paid users or customers. Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling, and keeping them updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
CRE will maintain relationships with the current clients and develop and maintain new client relationships. CRE should be able to resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently and coordinate their orders and deliveries as per schedule.
