Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking with potential clients (corporate and individual).
2. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for travel packages, corporate bookings, and other travel-related services.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to encourage repeat business.
4. Present travel solutions and offers to clients and understand their requirements to tailor packages accordingly.
5. Regularly report on sales activities and performance to management.
6. Stay updated on travel industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop sales strategies.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry is an advantage.
2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
5. Basic understanding of travel-related products and services is an advantage.
