Job Responsibilities and Duties

Networks for potential new clients and follows up on existing ones

Develops and maintains a list of properties

Stays informed about current market conditions to properly guide clients

Accompanies clients to properties

Addresses all client inquiries

Facilitates negotiations and transactions

Handles the necessary paperwork

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

Bachelors degree in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred

3 to 5 years of industry sales experience a plus

Familiarity with office software and phone systems

Any state required real estate license
