Job Title: Inside Sales Executive (Fabric Expertise)

We are looking for a professional Inside Sales Executive with in-depth knowledge of fabrics to manage client inquiries, provide tailored fabric solutions, and drive sales. Responsibilities include responding to leads, preparing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of fabric types and applications, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to meet sales targets. Experience in the textile industry is preferred.

Role & Responsibilities:

* Client Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries and provide expert advice on fabric solutions.

* Sales & Order Processing: Generate quotes, process orders, and ensure timely follow-up on sales.

* Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

* Product Knowledge: Offer in-depth guidance on fabric types, applications, and benefits to meet customer needs.

* Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive sales efforts.
