We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a passion for the construction industry.
This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and driving business growth.
One must have knowledge regarding construction items, structural steel, pipes etc.. and must be ready to go on sites to collect orders and generate new business opportunities. one must have existing data base of good clients and dealers in the state.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets in HIMACHAL PRADESH.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the construction or related industry.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
* Willingness to travel as needed. ( TRAVEL EXPENSES EXTRA)
