Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi. (Warm, pleasant and welcoming behaviour.)
- Ability to travel to the site office and corporate office as and when required.
- Ability to follow orders and perform simple tasks.
- Being able to demonstrate the property to potential clients when they do a site visit. (Explaining all the features and USPs of the property and the locality.)
- Being extremely presentable at work. (Making sure you're perfectly groomed and appropriately dressed in line with the company culture.)
- Making cold calls to customers and brokers and being able to explain all the details of the property and ensuring that the customer/broker comes to the site to view the property in person. (This also includes follow-ups on phone calls and in person)
- Visiting broker offices in different vicinities to ensure that the developer-broker relationship is maintained and that we follow up for new business from time to time.
- Assisting the Sales Manager with finding new methods to acquire potential clients and make sure the entire sales process is followed diligently.
- Coordination with marketing agencies, or other vendors to follow up on scope or work and progress reports. Making sure correspondence is taken care of within the stipulated time frame.
- Having a sense of responsibility towards work and to work diligently during office hours to ensure the sales targets are met.
