Responsibilities
Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and showcase our real estate project.
Your day-to-day tasks will include developing and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting property viewings, and ensuring client satisfaction
Stay updated on project details to provide accurate information and address customer queries.
Conduct presentations and site visits to prospective buyers.
Maintain regular follow-up with leads to convert prospects into customers.
Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Pleasing Personality, Good PR, Social and Networking Skills to enhance customer base.
Out-Of-the box thinker and deliver for self and the team.
Report on sales activities to top management with a current and futuristic benchmark.
Calling and fixing meetings with clients.
Participate in seminars, conferences, and events to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal network. Assets Galleria Pvt Ltd.
