Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling our textiles and gifting products to both businesses (B2B) and individual customers (B2C) within the local market. This is an on-site position, and the Sales Executive will be required to work from Monday to Saturday.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets in the assigned territory.
2. Identify and pursue new B2B and B2C sales opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and relationship building.
3. Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
4. Provide excellent customer service by understanding clients' needs, offering product recommendations, and resolving any inquiries or issues promptly.
5. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our textiles and gifting products.
6. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and negotiate terms with potential clients to secure new business deals.
7. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve overall company objectives.
