3. Provide information on Vodafone plans, offers, and promotions to customers.

4. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complaints to relevant teams.

5. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

6. Update customer information and records in the database.

7. Collaborate with store staff to ensure seamless customer experience.

8. Stay up-to-date with Vodafone products, services, and promotions.
