About the role:
You play a crucial role in reaching out to potential or existing clients via telephone calls. You are responsible for promoting products or services, conducting market research, and providing excellent customer service.
Job Description:
Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to individuals or businesses based on a provided list or database.
Product/Service Promotion: Present, promote, and sell products or services to potential customers.
Customer Information: Collect and record customer information, such as names, addresses, and payment details, accurately and efficiently.
Script Adherence: Follow a script or guidelines provided by the company to ensure a consistent and effective sales pitch.
Handle Objections: Address customer concerns or objections and provide information to overcome them.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads for follow-up by the sales team.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a good understanding of the products or services being offered to effectively communicate their features and benefits.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Use CRM systems to input, track, and manage customer interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications:
