1. Sales Management:

2. Client Relationship Building:

o Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

o Conduct property tours and guide clients through the buying process.

3. Market Analysis and Strategy:

o Stay updated with the latest real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.

o Provide insights and suggestions to improve sales strategies and offerings.

o Assist in creating marketing plans to attract potential clients.

4. Negotiation and Deal Closure:

o Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to finalize property deals.

o Ensure all sales agreements and documentation comply with company and legal standards.

o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transaction process.

5. Reporting and Documentation:

o Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management.

o Prepare and present periodic sales reports to the management.
