As a Sales Executive at PPN Propmart LLP, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication, relationship-building, and a deep understanding of our real estate offerings. Your primary focus will be on prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the real estate market.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with personalized and professional service.

Conduct property viewings and effectively communicate property features and benefits.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Keep abreast of market trends, competition, and industry developments.

Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.
