This position is for a Sales Person in North/South Goa. We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities. A Sales Executive is a professional who sets annual sales goals for the company and works towards achieving them with the assistance of the Sales Manager & Sales Associates. The job is based on setting up a strategy to find new prospects and sales leads and convert them into paid users or customers. Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. Should have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone.
● Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
● Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
● Site survey Taluka-wise for the upcoming projects.
● Updating the back office with exact locations and complete details, so that the database has all the details.
● Leads to be updated in CRM.
● Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
● Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
● All products under Paikane Group to be offered to the customer.
● Solar and Aluminium to be forwarded to the Back office which in turn shall be sent to the respective Departments.
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and collaborate with team members to achieve better results
● Existing customers to be visited, and feedback to be taken. Check if new requirements are coming up.
● Also check if AMC and Spares are needed. Once received it should be taken
● Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
● Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
Two-wheeler license and a self-owned two-wheeler.
