Job Description

Analyze both the enterprise and open market landscapes to identify new business opportunities.

Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Develop a clear understanding of the business environment for both enterprise clients (large corporations, government bodies, etc.) and the open market (SMEs, consumers, or specific market segments).

Generate leads through various channels: cold calling, attending industry events, networking, online outreach, and more.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (C-suite executives, decision-makers, etc.) in both enterprise and open market sectors.

Develop strategic partnerships with organizations that can help expand market reach.

Craft and present tailored proposals and pitches for different market segments, with a focus on value-added solutions.

Negotiate contracts, manage pricing discussions, and ensure alignment with client needs.

Oversee the client lifecycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.

Develop and implement strategies to target both enterprise clients (longer sales cycles, more formal negotiations) and the open market (potentially quicker, more competitive sales processes).

Coordinate with internal teams like marketing, product, and operations to align business development goals with overall company strategy.

Experience in sales or business development, ideally with exposure to both enterprise and consumer-facing markets.

Strong understanding of CRM systems, sales pipeline management, and data-driven decision-making.

Familiarity with the companys products/services and the broader industry.
