To sit at site and show the project site to prospective buyers visiting the site.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
Try to Close deals by himself or with the help of Senior Sales Manager and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

Knowledge of real estate sales process

Sales Qualifications
Minimum 2 year Experience in Real Estate (working with Builders). Immediate Joiners are welcome.
