Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Identify and research potential clients and new markets.

Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and online research.

Client Engagement:

Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.

Sales Negotiation:

Understand customer needs and tailor product/service offerings to meet those needs.

Negotiate terms and close sales deals.

Market Analysis:

Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Provide feedback to the sales team and management regarding customer needs and market demands.

Sales Reporting:

Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.

Prepare regular sales reports for management.

Customer Service:

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive customer experience.

Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on product features, advantages, and benefits.

Communicate product knowledge effectively to potential customers.

Sales Targets:

Set and achieve sales targets as defined by the company.

Develop strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.

Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to customer satisfaction and business growth.

Continuous Learning:

Stay informed about industry trends, sales techniques, and product knowledge through continuous learning and professional development.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

A bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred.

Sales Skills:

Strong selling and negotiation skills.

Ability to understand customer needs and effectively communicate value propositions.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
