We are a *Lubricant company*, products are *all grades of Engine Oils and Gear Oils, Diesel, Grease, Coolants*, etc. If you will be selected then you have *to visit the Garages, Spare Parts shop, Transport agencies, Tractor showrooms*, etc. to get discuss, generate leads and supply them our products

The job is *purely target based*, if you achieve *at least 50%* of the target you *get the complete salary*

If the target is *less than 50%* achieved then the *salary varies* the variable structure will be shared once selected.

If *100%* target is achieved then *Salary + Incentive* the incentive structure will be shared along with the Offer letter.
