We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth by achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and building relationships.

Understand client needs and offer suitable product solutions.

Maintain a portfolio of existing clients and ensure regular follow-ups to increase sales opportunities.

Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports to management on a regular basis.

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Manage CRM software to track sales activity and customer interactions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1-2 years of proven experience in sales.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
