Description of the job:
1. Identify and reach out to potential distributors and retailers in the assigned region.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing distributors and retailers.
3. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential distributors and retailers.
4. Negotiate contracts, terms and pricing with distributors and retailers.
5. Provide ongoing support and guidance to distributors and retailers regarding product knowledge, pricing, promotions, and marketing materials.
6. Monitor competitors and market trends to identify new sales opportunities.
7. Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned region.
8. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
9. Provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences, market conditions, and competitor activities.
10. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
11. Attend sales meetings, conferences, and training sessions as and when organized by the company.
