Job Description

Post is a sales activities profile: Customer Success Executive Sales (CSE - Sales).

1. Educational Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical. (Having technical knowledge).

2. Professional Experience: Min One to Two years.

3. Basic Location: Hyderabad, Mumbai.

4. Skills: MS Office - Word/Excel, Communication.

5. Willingness to travel and work with customer.

Additional Requirements:

1. Creating enthusiastic customer base by selling our leading products (Electro Mechanical Components) and services.

2. Planning & achieving sales targets through direct sales.

3. Primarily responsible for the continued growth of sales and within the assigned personal territory, as well as an assigned area containing the territories of other personnel.

4. Understand technical aspect of the clients requirement and provide a product mix / solution.

5. Provide product presentations and demos.

6. Effectively answer technical and functional queries of the client on the products and services.

7. Create rapport and manage expectations of the client and have continuous relationship.

8. Should possess functional capabilities.

9. Should cultivate strong relationship with multiple key decision makers within customers and achieve sales targets by leveraging the product mix through up selling and cross-selling.
