Key Responsibilities:

Help customers pick and buy ethnic wear based on their needs and preferences.

Have good knowledge of ethnic clothing, fabrics, and the latest fashion trends.

Provide great customer service and make sure customers enjoy their shopping experience.

Keep the store clean and organized, with attractive displays.

Meet sales targets and help the store succeed.

Handle customer payments and the cash register.

Solve customer problems or questions quickly and professionally.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the ethnic wear industry.

Strong knowledge of ethnic garments, fabrics, and fashion trends.

Presentable appearance and good communication skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Good customer service skills and ability to build relationships with customers.

Candidates based in Ludhiana side only are highly preferred.
