Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Sales Executive to manage the sales and procurement processes for our dairy product manufacturing company. This role requires a proactive individual with experience in sales and purchasing, excellent negotiation skills, and an in-depth understanding of market dynamics. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of relevant experience and a strong track record in both sales growth and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service to drive long-term satisfaction.

Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the client base and increase revenue. Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and customer preferences.

Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to order fulfillment, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.

Sales Reporting: Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports on sales performance. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales roles, ideally in the dairy manufacturing sector.

Skills:

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and suppliers.

Proficiency in inventory management and procurement software.

Analytical skills for market and trend analysis.
