The job role encompasses all the sales and marketing activities and of various responsibilities that the candidate need to undertake, these are mentioned in the responsibilities below. The candidate will start as a intern and based on the performance and assessment, eventually they might be promoted to a full-time/permanent role.
Responsibilities
Once taking up the job role the candidate must perform the following duties:
Business development - Lead generation
Assessment of previous year sales and forecasting
Market analysis
Maintaining relationship with existing customers
Meet/Visiting Potential customers, dealers, distributors, manufacturers, and Doctors.
Visit/Attend conferences, seminars, and exhibitions in the orthopaedic segment
Conversion of a Lead into potential customer
Conversion of a Potential customer into a Sale
Planning and maintaining a logsheet and a calendar for sales and marketing
Determine the requirements of the customers and come up with appropriate marketing strategy
Co-ordinate with the production team to ensure maximum efficiency and clarity
Work with the Sale and Marketing team
