Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Customize Trip as per customer requirement.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
Perform after sales duty like gathering the document of clients for further operation process.
Consult customer for their trip preparation.
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
Converting the leads into clients.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
BTTM (Bachelor of Tourism and Travel Management) or MTTM (Master of Tourism and Travel Management), MBA, BBA, BCA, IT, .
Proven experience as a Travel Expert (Sales in Travel package) or relevant role.
Proficiency in English.
Excellent knowledge of computer.
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
